At Ringneck Golf, each item is custom made just for you. Because of this, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly replace any item that is:
- Incorrectly printed
- Damaged in transit
- Defective in material or construction
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.
We Cannot Accept Returns For
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
Because every product is made-to-order, we are unable to stock inventory for size exchanges. Please double-check your size before placing an order. (Need help? Contact Us and we’ll be glad to guide you.)
